Sandra Patron is currently the director of CAPC Musée d’art Contemporain de Bordeaux. Prior to this, she worked at the Musée Régional d’Art Contemporain (MRAC) in Sérignan, France, where she oversaw a major expansion project, which increased its exhibition space by 25 percent. Following its completion in 2016, the museum opened an exhibition of works on long-term loan from the National Fund for Contemporary Art, which is managed by the Centre National des Arts Plastiques. Under her leadership, the institution also mounted solo shows of work by artists Lourdes Castro, Lubaina Himid, Pierre Leguillon, Bruno Peinado, Simon Starling, and Ulla von Brandenburg.
Sandra Patron will visit Vienna on a research trip as part of the exchange with Trampoline Association in 2024.
