Anna Gritz is the director of the Haus Am Waldsee in Berlin. Taking over as director of the Haus am Waldsee in Berlin in 2022, Gritz launched her programme in September with Leila Hekmat: Female Remedy, the artist’s first institutional solo exhibition. Previously, she was the curator at KW Institute for Contemporary Art, where she realised solo shows with Judith Hopf, Lynn Hershman Leeson, Steve Bishop, and Michael Stevenson, and Atiéna R. Kilfa to name a few, as well as group shows such as The Making of Husbands: Christina Ramberg in Dialogue and Zeros and Ones. Prior to KW, she was a curator for Film and Performance at the South London Gallery, curating shows and commissioning new works by amongst others Bonnie Camplin, Jill Magid, and Sidsel Meineche Hansen. She further held curatorial positions at the ICA and the Hayward Gallery, London. She also was a curatorial attaché for the 20th Biennale of Sydney, and since 2019, she is a member of the acquisitions committee at the FRAC Lorraine and on the advisory board of the E-Werk Lukenwalde. Gritz contributes regularly to art catalogues and publications.

 Anna Gritz was invited for a curatorial research trip in 2016 when she worked at the Schinkel Pavillon.
