Suzanne Cotter

Suzanne Cotter is director at The Museum of Contemporary Art Australia in Sydney, Australia. Before that, she was curator at MUDAM, the Contemporary Art Museum, Luxembourg. Prior to this, Cotter was a curator for the Serpentine Gallery, Hayward Gallery and Whitechapel Art Gallery from 1996 to 1998, and worked as a curator and deputy director of Modern Art Oxford from 2002 to 2009. In 2005, the French state honoured Cotter with the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. In 2010, she was an appointed curator for the Guggenheim Museum in Abu Dhabi and in 2011, for the 10th Sharjah Biennial in Sharjah.

Suzanne Cotter was invited for a curatorial research trip in 2018 when she was a curator at MUDAM, the Contemporary Art Museum in Luxembourg.
